WESTRAGS delivers all over the Europe, in 24 to 48 hours, depending on the country of destination.
The carrier services deliver on Mondays to Fridays, between 8 am and 7 pm, to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
Order Status and Tracking
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number, enabling you to track your order. Delivery problems
If an order cannot be delivered for any reason, the carrier will try again the next day, or contact you to arrange a date and time for delivery.
Payment Methods
WESTRAGS accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Visit www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payment methods.
For Cash on Delivery payments, payment must be in cash only. The limit per order is 300 Euros with this payment method. This method of payment is not allowed when previous cash on delivery orders have been returned for reasons beyond Westrags or the courier service's control.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) according to the law.
Credit Card Authorization
Credit card payments, once authorized, are effective immediately. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully. If your card is not authorized, the system will notify you immediately.
While processing your order, your personal data may be disclosed (para quem?) to help prevent and detect fraud. Your personal data, even when disclosed, is kept secure.
If you believe your details are incorrect, you can correct them by following the procedure set out in our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we guarantee a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Incomplete or damaged goods will not be accepted.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, our delivery service will pick up the product(s) at the address indicated by the client. For this, please send us an e-mail with the order number, description or reference number of the product you wish to return, address, and date of collection. This service is available from Monday to Friday, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date. This service is free for one return only. If the customer is not home on the date agreed for collection, we will not make another attempt, and the cost of the return will then be borne by the customer.
If you return a product because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the cost of collection will be discounted from the value of the refund.
Notice: We do not accept returns or exchange of items of underwear, bathing costumes, or articles showing signs that they have been used. If we receive returned items of this type, the client will be notified by e-mail and asked to collect the item in question, from our warehouse. This collection should be scheduled with the client, and will be at the client's expense.
Exchanging products
If you have purchased a product and find that it does not fit, and wish to exchange it for another size, please send us an e-mail with the order number, description or reference number of the product you wish to return, the new size you want, address, and date of collection. This service is available from Monday to Friday, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date.
The new size will be sent free of charge.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you will receive a refund and will need to place a new order.
On receiving returned the product, we will inspect and test it. The new product will be sent out within five days. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the product has been sent. If the product is not in stock, we will give you a full refund.
Refunds
You may choose to be refunded with a Westrags Discount Coupon, or by the original payment method.
- Dicount Coupon
If you choose the discount coupon, we will e-mail a code to you, which can be used against future purchases. This code should be inserted in the "Discount Codes" box in the shopping cart page. The discount is applied once the order is complete.
- Original Payment Method
1. Credit card payments - refund will be made directly to the credit card and can be verified on the very next statement.
2. Paypal payments – a refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be immediately available.
3. Cash on Delivery payments – we will need your bank account data (NIB and SWIFT) in order to transfer the refund to your account.
Shipping Refund
Shipping refunds will only be accepted for damaged or returned products. If your order is for more than one item and only one of the items is damaged, no refund will be given on shipping.
When prepaid orders are not delivered to the customer for reasons beyond Westrags or the courier service's control, 5€ will be taken off for return costs of the order.
WESTRAGS makes every effort to display the colors of products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your computer monitor will exactly match the color of the product.
